Exchanges

Exchanges can be done within 30 days of the purchase date. All products must be in new condition to be eligible for an exchange.

Returns

All regular-priced items in new condition are eligible to be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

Online returns are subjected to a $25 CAD restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Standard return policy timelines depend on courier delays. After returns are received, returns may take between 3-4 business days to be processed.

United States Returns

Exchanges

At this time, Smileykin Bags is not able to support exchanges for US orders. All orders must be returned to the original payment method. 

Duties & Fees

Any duties, customs, brokerage fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
