Processing Times
Orders will be shipped out within 1 to 3 business days.
During holiday periods, additional processing time may be required.
Shipping Options
SmileyKin Bags ships across Canada and the contiguous USA. Orders shipping within Canada are shipped via Canada Post or UPS and to the USA via Fedex. Return shipping for returns in Canada is subject to a $25 CAD return fee. Return shipping for US returns is subject to a $25 CAD return and restocking fee.
Order Tracking
Once your order is placed, you will be sent an invoice to the email address you entered at checkout. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your junk mail folder.
For online orders, you will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking code once your order has shipped.
Please note that fulfillment times may vary during peak sales or the holiday season. Typical fulfillment timelines are 1-3 business days.
Order Cancellation
If you need an order cancelled or changed, email our team within 24 hours of your order at info@smileykinbags.com and we'll do our best to help. After our cut-off time, and your order is in transit and we are unable to cancel it.
Orders placed Monday to Friday will have 1-3 business day processing time. All orders placed on weekends or on Canadian holidays will be processed on the 1-3 business days following.
During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may be required.
Duties and fees
Please note any duties, customs and fees charged by the courier for any orders delivered to the USA are the responsibility of the customer.
